Does the programming come with a warranty?
The programming guarantee includes a guarantee that the vehicle will operate without problems immediately after the programming is completed. In the event of a malfunction on the first start of the vehicle and the programming team is unable to fix the fault, the customer is entitled to a full refund. The programming guarantee includes the customer experiencing a difference in the vehicle's performance and an increase in its efficiency. If the customer requests a refund due to the lack of a difference in vehicle performance, the vehicle will be tested on a horsepower measurement device. If no difference in performance is found, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the programming fee, and our store will bear the cost of the horsepower test. If a positive difference is found on the horsepower measurement device, the customer is responsible for the test cost, which is estimated at 200 riyals per test. Note that the test requires two attempts on the device to measure the difference (before and after). The test is conducted at one of our approved centers, and in this case, the customer is not entitled to a refund.
